My Different Style
For Samoosas... Springrolls.. Pies. Etc
2 x 410 g Cans Creamstye sweetcornAND2 x 410 g Cans Whole Kennel sweetcorn (brine drained)
Heat 3-4 tablespoon Butter in pot On StoveAdd1 Small White Onion chopped finely1 Small Red onion chopped finelySaute Add +- 1 tablespoon Green Jalepeno chilli paste OR Green Chilli Paste1 tablespoon Crushed whole Jeeru (Cumin)+- 1 teaspoon White Pepper PowderHand full of Robot Peppers Chopped smallBraise and add all the Cnned Sweet CornAdd -( Sprinkle) 1 packet Cheese Sauce (any Brand)Mix well to the Corn and keep stirring to avoid till the mixture thickensRemove from Stove and COOL COMPLETELYAdd 2 tablespoon Mazina to the cooled corn mixture Add lots of Grated Gouda yellowAnd White Tussers Cheese or White Chedda.. ADJUST CHILLI AND SALT TASTELastly add. Chopped Green dhania (coriander)Enjoy
