1 can sweetcorn
250ml cake flour
7ml baking powder
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
freshly ground black pepper or chilli powder to
1⁄4 cup milk
oil for frying
Beat egg & milk together. Add to the sweetcorn.
Sift flour, salt, pepper/chilli powder & baking
powder together. Add to sweetcorn mix.
Shallow-fry on both sides till golden brown.
