INGREDIENTS

1 can sweetcorn
250ml cake flour
1 egg
7ml baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
freshly ground black pepper or chilli powder to
taste
¼ cup milk
oil for frying

METHOD

Beat egg & milk together. Add to the sweetcorn.Sift flour, salt, pepper/chilli powder & baking powder together. Add to sweetcorn mix.Shallow-fry on both sides till golden brown. Serve hot.
