1 & ½ cups flour and3 tablespoon melted soft ButterMix & rub wellAdd¼ cup sugar1 teaspoon somph Big Pinch finely Crushed Elachi (cardomom)2 teaspoon Baking powderMix well to the FlourThen in a seperate BowlBeat 1 egg with vanilla essence andAdd to it ½ cup warm milkAdd to the dry ingredients beatingNow gradually add again +- ½ cup warm waterBeat to a thickish batterLightly Tint the batter with few drops of Robertsons food colour eg: Pink or Green etc give it a quick stir so it looks TWO TONEDLet the batter rest for a whileFry Ping Ball lumps in medium to hot oilDrain and lightly Dip in Warm Syrup and Sprinkle with Dessicated CoconutKeep it in a sealed container Enjoy 😋
