INGREDIENTS
4 to 5 green mangoes peeled and chopped into piecesWhite Vinegar1 teaspoon tumericAkhalwayas Pickle masalaWhite sugarSunflower oil
METHOD
In a pot heat vinegar ( I poured just enough to cover the base of the pot) and add tumeric. Stir and once it simmers add the mangoes.
Cook mangoes until soft,about 5 or 10 minutes. The vinegar would have reduced. Then add sugar and Methi (Fenugreek) masala according to your taste.
Give it a good mix and then add a tablespoon or so or oil. Mix again,cool and then bottle.
