+-6-7 Large Mangoes Peel Skin and cut in Cubes Or SlicesRince and Pat DryAdd Place in a large DishAdd +-2 tablespoon SaltAdd +-3 to 4 tablespoon Akalwaya Pickle Masala 1 tablespoon Crushed Whole dhania (coriander) seeds+-1 & ½ tablespoon Kashmiri Chilli powder1 teaspoon Paprika 1 teaspoon tumericMix all the above wellKeep Aside
Whilst you prepare the Syrup
In A Pot Add+- 1 Cup Sugar1 Cup water ¼ Cup vinegar¼ Cup Golden SyrupHeat on stove Make a paste with little water of *5 tablespoon Maziena*5 tablespoon Cake Flour
Now add this Paste to the Syrup potKeep on Stirring till it has a consistency of a slightly thick Custard
POUR THIS HOT SYRUP OVER THE MANGOES
FOR THE WAGAARHEAT IN A SMALL PAN+-½ Cup Oil1 teaspoon Whole Jeeru (Cumin) 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds1 teaspoon Sesame SeedsFew Curry LeavesFry all together Pour the Over the MangoesADJUST SALT CHILLI AND SUGAR TASTE Allow to CoolBottle and Keep Refrigerated
