1 teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 1 teaspoon garlic flakes ¾ cup flour 1 egg ¾ cup milk 2 teaspoon bread crumbs ½ teaspoon salt Dash of rosemary Dash of basil ¼ teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon chilli powder 2 teaspoon fisherman's spice 1 teaspoon fish masala
Olive oil for pan frying
3 tablespoon Mayonnaise 1 green chilli chopped up Salt to taste 1 teaspoon butter melted 1 tablespoon lemon juice
(Combine all ingredients)
Make batter by combining all ingredients. Dip fish pieces individually in batter and fry in shallow olive oil till fish is done. About 7 minutes each side or as per preference. Serve with a piece of lemon and battered onions along with dip spread on top.
