Coloured Popcorn

INGREDIENTS

Coloured popcorn

1-2 tablespoon of oil Popcorn seeds (I used ¾ packet of popcorn seeds)No saltOnce popcorn is popped let it cool
Make a syrup with 2 cups castor sugar 1 cup water
Let it boil till abit thick Divide syrup in cups and add your different colours I added gel colours Violet/electric pink/green/lemon yellow
Let syrup cool downLine baking trays with lunch wrap/baking paper then divide popcorn on each tray (depending on how many colours you making)then pour enough syrup to the popcorn ensuring the popcorn doesnt become soggy. Let each coloured popcorn air day in separate baking trays then mix all together once dried.
