INGREDIENTS
1kg chicken fillet cubedΒΌ teaspoon ginger garlicΒΌ teaspoon salt ΒΌ teaspoon black/white pepper ΒΌ teaspoon tumeric powder ΒΌ teaspoon chilli powder 125g butter 250ml fresh cream Β½ onion grated Β½ teaspoon tandoori marinade 2 tablespoon tomato paste /puree
METHOD
Add oil to the pot, braise grated onions until golden brown. Add chicken, ginger garlic, salt to the pot and let it braise well, remove from stove. (leave aside). Add butter, tomato paste /puree and masalas to the pot. Add the chicken and let it combine and cook together, when it's cooked add the fresh cream and reduce heat. Lastly garnish with dhania (coriander).
