Steamed Then baked MethodSoak 7 slices of bread in ½ cup milksmash it so its looks like a pudding Add 3 well beaten eggs 1 can sweetcorn 3 tablespoon semolina ½ cup cake flour½ cup oilKeep asideNowCook 3 chicken fillet cubed and cook in3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) And 1 teaspoon of green chilli 1 teaspoon green garlic nasala1 teaspoon ginger garlic pasteWhen cooked Shred it a bitRemove and add to a dishAdd 1 Large chopped onionAdd ¼ chopped and steamed green peppers Little steamed peasAdd 1 tablespoon crushed whole Jeeru (Cumin)1 teaspoon green chilli paste 1 tablespoon freshly crushed black pepper1 tablespoon chicken Tikka dry spice1 teaspoon Dhana Jeera mix ½ teaspoon fine saltAdd Handful chopped green dhania (coriander)3 teaspoon baking powderNow I poured into a greased casseroleAt this stage you can bake it at 280 *for 40 - 45 minutes or till its done But ISteamed it then baked Then I placed it in an oven proof tray with waterBaked it at 200 for 20 minutesThen I removed it from. The tray and baked at 180 *for 20 minutes
