Sour cream 250 mlTomato sauce ¼ cup Sweet chili sauce ¼ cup Pickled Red OnionsJalapeños sweet And sourBlue doritosCheese

METHOD

Mix sour cream ( leave some for assembly) tomato sauce and sweet chilli sauce in a pot on the stove
Assemble in the following orderSauceDoritosOnionsJalapeñosMore sauceDrizzle of sour creamCheeseRepeat until everything is done.

INFO & TIPS

You can add mince, chicken anything else you want if you have laying around.
