METHOD
Layer nachos chips in a Pyrex or oven proof dish and drizzle salsa sauce over, careful not to add too much as thus would make the chips soggyTop with dollops scattered all over of sour cream and guacamole then sprinkle some cheeseRepeat the chips,salsa and sour cream layers, then add a chunk of guacamole in the centre Top with grated cheeseBake at 180 for about 5 to 10mins
INFO & TIPS
Big corn bites or doritos can be used in place of the nacho chips
I prefer using the blue pack of doritos as a substitute
Everything is store bought, easy peasy
