RECIPE

Enchiladas Chicken fillet Tortillas Grated Cheese FetaPepperdew Olives Chopped tomatoes Avocado Chopped spring onion Sour cream Chicken fillet marinated in 1 teaspoon salt 1 ½ teaspoon chillie powder 1 tablespoon vinegar 2 teaspoon honey Sweet chillie sauce Chillie soy sauce Jalapeno sauce 1 tablespoon Jimmy's sweet mustard sauce Cook chicken in butter until done and allow to cool slightly.
Spread a layer of sour cream on one side of a tortilla, top with all ingredients and roll. Place in baking tray and top with hot sauce , cheese , peppers , and feta cheese .
Place nachos on the sides of the enchiladas and bake.
