INGREDIENTS
Nando's Avo Red Onion Pita

Ingredients:
4 Store bought pitas
Lettuce (shredded)
Potatoes (cut in fries, fried)
Nando's chip spice
Nando's bushveld sauce
1 avocado (mashed)
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 red onions (cut in rings)
Chicken-
500g chicken fillet (cut into strips)
2 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
2 tablespoon Nando's bushveld sauce
METHOD
Cook chicken in above till done.
Saute onion till slightly softened.
Add lemon to avo and mix.
Season fries.
Toast pitas.
Spoon in avo on inside of pitas.
Then stuff in lettuce and red onion.
Spoon in chicken and chips.
Drizzle over extra bushveld sauce and serve.
