Savoury pie
2 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
125g butter
Salt.
Make crumbs.
Mix 1 egg in 1 cup sour milk or cold milk.
Make soft dough.
Divide in 2. Roll shape rectangular. Put slits on sides. Put prepared filling in the centre down. Fold over as u would a fish pie.
Brush egg. Sprinkle herbs. Bake till golden brown.
INFO & TIPS
Steak filling can be used as well.
