Ingredients: 1 tin chickpeas 2 tablespoon oil ½ teaspoon mustard seeds ½ teaspoon kulunji seeds ½ teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder Pinch salt 3 cups potatoes (peeled, cubed) 1 onion (sliced fine) 1 teaspoon garlic green chilli paste 3 tablespoon lemon juice 3 tablespoon Shan chaat masala 3 tablespoon dhania (coriander) leaves Plain yoghurt ½ cup Aamli sauce Fried crushed pur
Method: Wash and drain chickpeas. Fry pur. Heat oil with seeds, add potatoes, spices, chillies, lemon and cook till potato has softened. Add onion, chickpeas and chaat masala. Toss well. Place on serving platter. Dollop on seasoned yoghurt, aamli sauce, chopped dhania (coriander) and garnish with pur. Serve hot.
