2 doz potato Samoosa, fried in shallow oil and broken into 4 pieces
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 1 teaspoon crushed garlic chips4 tablespoon Mrs Balls Jalapeño Chutney 1 teaspoon crushed red chilies 2 red chilies, cut finely Add fresh dhania (coriander)
- braise in a pan for 3 - 4 minutes

METHOD
Assemble1. Layer the potato Samoosa pieces ina Pyrex2. Top with cooked chickpeas3. Dollop double cream plain yogurt 4. Drizzle amli (tamerine) sauce and Mrs Balls chutney 5. Top with red onion, pomegranate rubies and chopped dhania (coriander)
Serve immediately
