4 potatoes 1 can chickpeas Fried samoosa pur1 res onion, finely chopped Double cream yoghurt amli (tamerine) sauce Green chutney Pomegranate Lots of freshly chopped dhania (coriander)
METHOD
Boil potatoes, once soft, mash and add ½ teaspoon tumeric, 1 tablespoon finey chopped fresh mint, 3 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dhania (coriander) and salt
Start by layering potatoes at the bottom of a dish, create a well in the middle. Add in chickpeas, then continue by layering with onions, dhania (coriander) dollops of yoghurt, pur, amli (tamerine) sauce, green chutney, more pur and dhania (coriander).
