Cook 1 Cup Chicken fillets cubedWith Green masala,Dhana Jeeru (Cumin) Green Chilli paste, onion, crushed Black Pepper, lemon Pepper, Ginger garlic paste Finely Chopped few Curry Leaves etcWhen almost done Add the Boiled Cubed Potatoes(You can add Peas and Grated carrots )Boil till soft Add to the chicken Mix adjust the spices Add Mayonnaise CookLASTLY ADDMayonnaise and chopped green dhania (coriander) , Mint, Chopped Shallot Mix well Cook till dryADD ½ Cup Flour 1 teaspoon Semolina (Optional)Adjust the tasteTake a small lump flatten in palmPlace a piece of cubed Cheese In centre Fold and closeup properlyNow Roll /Make into small ping ballsRoll in Flour Dip in EggRoll in Bread Crumbs Now Keep in Fridge for it to firm up Fry on med Heat
