INGREDIENTS
500g chicken fillet ½ teaspoon fine salt½ teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon ground red chillies1 tablespoon crushed garlic1 teaspoon ground ginger paste
Sauce-2 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce2 tablespoon chilli sauce 2 tablespoon Nando's garlic sauce1 tablespoon mayonnaise1 tablespoon honey1 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon cayenne pepperChopped spring onions
METHOD
1. Heat a pot, add in a drizzle oil, garlic, ginger & chillies. Saute for a few seconds.2. Add in chicken, salt and pepper and cook till just done.3. Cut the pieces into ⅓'s and shred.4. Add the sauce ingredients to the chicken and put back on the heat.5. Combine and heat together, cooking till sauce thickens.6. If the sauce is not thickening enough, mix 1 tablespoon maizena (corn flour) to 1 tablespoon water and pour in.7. Allow to thicken and remove from heat.8. Leave to cool completely, then add chopped spring onions, mix in.9. Using rectangle cut pieces of pastry, fill one half diagonally and fold over.10. Poke slits on top and brush with egg & sprinkle sesame seeds.11. Freezer suitable now.12. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C until puffed & golden brown.#whenruhanacooks#ruhanaebrahimrecipes
