1 small onionA handful of red radish1 ½ tblpsn Methi (Fenugreek) masalaFresh or bottled jalapeño slices1 teaspoon lemon juice2 teaspoon vinegar½ teaspoon sugar Freshly chopped coriander
1.) Peel and chop the onion in cubes, remove the top and bottom of the radish and cut in semi circles or cubes.2.) Add the jalapeños and Methi (Fenugreek) masala.3.) Add the lemon juice, vinegar, sugar and coriander - mix well and serve with a main dish of your choice.
