Half cup oilHalf cup boiling water1 Cup Cake Flour60 ml cocoa powder1.5 teaspoon baking powder2 large eggs125ml castor sugar1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Mix oil,boiling water and cool. Beat eggs,sugar and vanilla essence until fluffy. Add in sifted flour,cocoa and baking powder. Add flour to the water mixture and fold until evenly incorporated. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until cake is evenly cooked. When cool decorate as desired.
