INGREDIENTS
1 cup moonge DaalPinch tumeric Seasonings salt1 teaspoon green masala½ teaspoon garlic paste1 medium red onionButter ghee (Clarified butter)1 teaspoon dhana jerro powder ½ teaspoon whole jerro1 wheel fete cheese3 Tablespoon cream cheeseChopped dhania (coriander)
METHOD
Wash, soak, parboiled moonge daal with tumeric, drain set aside.Chop red onions fine, add to a frying pan, butter ghee (Clarified butter), whole jerro, saute till lightly brown, add garlic paste and green masala, salt.lower heat Add in moonge Daal, do not stir let it simmer on medium heat.Add dhania (coriander) jerro. Once butter starts to surface, lower heat, be gentle not to mushy but lightly stir, remove into a bowl.Let mixture cool, add cream cheese toss lightly, crumble fete cheese.Garnish with chopped fresh dhania (coriander).
