1kg Tenderised Rump steakCut up1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste1 teaspoon lemon pepper ½ teaspoon tumeric1 heaped tablespoon chops and steak spice1 tablespoon any Tikka dry spice or tandoori spice¼ cup yoghurt1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon Dhana Jeera powder2 tablespoon Tomato pureeMarinate all together keep In a pot or bauerMelt 3-4 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) or butterCook all of the above over medium heat Till steaks are softNow add ½ cup fresh creamTaste add little tomato sauce if you prefer for more saucy tasteCook further till the gravy thickens Garnish with chopped green dhania (coriander)Serve with Savory rice and or Roti salad and chip
