RECIPE
1kg fillet steak1 tablespoon crushed garlic1 teaspoon ginger paste1 tablespoon red ginger garlic masala1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder¼ teaspoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon salt¼ teaspoon white pepper¼ teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon mustard powder1 tablespoon brown vinegar1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon tomato sauce1 tablespoon mustard sauce1 tablespoon mayonnaise2 tablespoon oil1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Method:1. Soak steak till blood has removed. Marinate steak in above, except oil and lemon juice, and leave overnight in fridge.2. Heat oil in pot. 3. Add steak and marinade and cook with water as needed until tender.4. When just tender add lemon juice and baste steak. Leave a bit saucy, do not dry out.5. Place in oven with fried potatoes (optional) and grill till slightly charred. Serve with roti.
