1. Soak steak till blood has removed. Marinate steak in above, except oil and lemon juice, and leave overnight in fridge.
2. Heat oil in pot.
3. Add steak and marinade and cook with water as needed until tender.
4. When just tender add lemon juice and baste steak. Leave a bit saucy, do not dry out.
5. Place in oven with fried potatoes (optional) and grill till slightly charred. Serve with roti.
