Ingredients:
In a large bowl rub the following ingredients to resemble bread crumbs:
2 cups sifted flour
1 and half teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon bicarb soda
2 teaspoon butter
2 tablespoon milk powder
1 tablespoon chopped dhania (coriander)
3 teaspoon crushed garlic
½ teaspoon fine salt
½ teaspoon jeera seeds
¼ teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder
¼ teaspoon jeera powder
¼ teaspoon garam masala
¼ teaspoon crushed red chillies
Make a soft dough with:
½ cup maas (I used plain yoghurt)
½ cup milk
Roll out on a lightly floured surface. Cut in to rounds or squares and deep fry in hot oil till golden. Enjoy.
