INGREDIENTS
1kg fillet cubed2 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)2 teaspoon fine red chillies¼ teaspoon coarse black pepper2 teaspoon green chillies½ teaspoon lemon pepper4 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)Chopped dhania (coriander)Cook in ghee (Clarified butter) or butter..when water burns out,liquidize 2 tablespoon tomato sauce and 2 tablespoon chow chow and add to filling
Dough3 cups flour1 teaspoon salt3 teaspoon baking powder3 tablespoon butter½ cup boiling water1 cup boiling milk
METHOD
Mix all dry ingredients,rub in butter then add milk and water to make a soft dough..leave for about half and hour..roll out,cut and fill..fold with brushed egg to seal edges..fry and enjoy!!!

Add more flour to the dough if its too sticky
