My Style For the Puri 2 cups flour3 tablespoon soft butter or ghee (Clarified butter)1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon sugar rub the dry ingredients togetherAdd 2 full teaspoon baking powder2 tablespoon yoghurt or massMake a soft dough with warm water and milk (I had cream so I used ½ cup cream also)Roll out into rounds Add Cheese and Onion FillingAny amount can be used there's no measurement Small chopped onions add some of green chopped dhania (coriander)Gound green chilli any chicken ala king powder mix or any white onion soup mix...with little Mayonnaise or Trim (egg free)Lots of grated cheeseMix all togetherPlace spoonfuls in the roundsPaste with flour paste (Lai)Close and twist the edges Fry in medium heat till light golden brownEnjoy warm with dips
