Cheesy Wedges

4 potatoes peeled, cut & deep fried
1 packet knorr 3 cheese sauce
Make sauce as directed on packet.

Lay fried wedges in a Pyrex. Generously pour over potatoes.
Sprinkle some grated cheese.
Cover with foil & bake for 15 minutes.
Remove foil & garnish with chopped green & red peppers & chopped spring onions. Serve immediately. Enjoy
