INGREDIENTS

1kg steak cut in cubes2 tablespoons oil1 med onion finely chopped1 teaspoon Sujees ginger garlic1 teaspoon Sujees peri peri masala1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon coriander powder (Dana)ΒΎ teaspoon cumin powder (jiro)ΒΌ teaspoon tumeric2 tablespoons tomato paste 2 medium tomatoes liquidised with Β½ tin whole peeled tomatoes Salt to taste
METHOD
Cook steak till done adding water as needed. I cook in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes.
Use as needed.
You can add tomato sauce I just used as it.Variations:Add tomato sauce and mayonnaise for a saucier filling.Add jalapeΓ±o sauce for a spicier filling. Can be used in roti wraps, pies, pides and anything else youβd like. Can also make a great sandwich π
