INGREDIENTS
½ steak cubed
1 teaspoon red ginger garlic
¼ onion
1 teaspoon course red chilli
1 teaspoon fine red chilli powder
½ teaspoon Dhana
½ teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin)
¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
½ teaspoon salt
Steers hot peri sauce
Mustard sauce
Calistos mild sauce
Tomoto sauce
Tomato purée
Polony
Gouda cheese
Finely chopped salad
Lettuce
Cucumbers
Onion
Tomato’s
METHOD
Braised onion till transparent
Add all spices and braise
Then add cubed stead and water and cook till steak is tender
Add tomato purée and all other sauces
Combine to make steak saucy add 1 table spoon mayo
When steak is done allow to cool
Fry chips and polony
Layer sandwiches accordingly finely chopped salad,steak, cheese,polony and add chips to the top and drizzle tomato and Calistos mild sauce and add crushed chilli as an extra if required...
