INGREDIENTS
3 ripe fibeless mango’s1 can condensed milk3 cups fresh cream1 teaspoon vanilla essence1 cup of freshly grated coconut or dry coarse coconut( optional)
METHOD
Transfer the mixture to aSilicone mould and freeze until soft serve consistency or overnight.The recipe makes plus minus 2 litres of ice cream.Push out of the mould while its solid and keep in a airtight container untill you ready to serve.I didn’t decorate my ice cream with any topping,it tasted perfect without any decorations,but that is up to you.
