My Style(You get 3 -4 med loaves)1 kg chicken mince1 tablespoon any chicken spice( Optional : 2-3Tblsp seekh kabaab mix..for extra flavour)1 onion finely chopped½ chopped robot bell peppers chopped1 chopped tomato1 teaspoon black or white pepper1 tablespoon ginger garlic2 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)1 tablespoon green chilliesLittle mixed herbs...green chopped dhania (coriander) and little mintMix all of the above togetherKeep aside.(Tip Optional is to add 2- 3Tblsp flour or bread crumbs) FOR MASHBoil 4-5 large cubed potatoes with saltDrain add white pepper..little milk ..butter Little green chilli (optional )And green chopped dhania (coriander)Mash and mix well *ROULADE OR LOAFFOR SWISS ROLL :*Take foil grease with a bit of oil pay some mince then mash cover again with mince now roll it like a Swiss roll tightly and close the foil endsPlace in steamer to steamI steamed for +- 1 hour Remove from foilNowPlace on a greased baking sheet brush with butter or oil you. Can place under grill and grillBut see below :( Optional:I baked for a further 30 minutes at 180* to firm it up a bit)Then Igrilled slightlyRemoveServe see below:for brushing sauce FOR LOAFIn a foiled loaf casserolePat the mince then layer with mashCover with more mince fill half wayBrushes with butterBake at 180* for 40minRemoveBefore servingBrush any homemade or bought sauce Or make your own saucewith little of each butter tomato sauce worcester chilli sauce Sprinkle crushed crisps or thinly fried potato chips or grated potato tinted in yellow and fried crispSprinkle overServe hot or coldWith salads and or mixed veges
