My styleCredit : I mixed Various IdeasUse Puff pastryOr can omit the pastry if preferred (I used the pastry)On stove in a potCook in 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) or oil2 cups Chicken fillets cubed1 medium cubed onion1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)1Tblsp ginger garlic1Tblsp green chilli paste1 teaspoon dhana jeera mix+- 1 teaspoon saltWhen chicken soft AddHandful of steamed robot peppersHandful mushrooms1 small chopped tomato½ can cream style cornAdd 4Tblsp mazina mixed with water make a paste Cook till well mixed and slightly thickAllow it to cool few minutesKeep asideBeat 1egg Add 1 cup fresh cream Add to the chicken mixtureGradually add¾ cup flour1 & ½ teaspoon baking powderHandful of cheeseMayo to taste for tangy tasteAdjust with some white pepper ..Handful green chopped dhania (coriander) and Little shallotMix all together till well blendedCut puff pastry into rounds Grease the Patty pans Place pastry rounds in patty panSpoon filling onto the pastry Egg wash againSprinkle sesame seedsBake for 10 Minutes at180 then drop to 150 +- 25 MinutesOr till doneIt will be a soft mushy filling when you eatThe pastry will be crustyEnjoy Hot Or Cold
