2 pieces chicken fillet
1 crushed garlic
1 teaspoon garlic
salt to taste
1 ½ white pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon chinese salt ( zeal )
1 green pepper washed and sliced
1 onion sliced
1 baby / red cabbage sliced
Handful spring onion
Handful dhania (coriander)
2 carrots slice
Ina pot add oil and garlic ,braise until you get the garlic smell , add the chicken as well as the salts and peppers , allow to cook until fully done .
in a saucepan add some oil ,
add in all the veggies and stir fry for approximately 5 to 10 minutes , add 1 tablespoon Chinese salt and mix , the veggies must be still crispy .
boil half a packet spaghetti as per packet instruction .
TO PREPARE :
shred the chicken fillet and add into the veggies and mix well , add the boiled spaghetti
, add 2 tablespoon soya sauce and mix well , give it a nice stir and it’s ready to serve
