With a difference Marinate all the following together 3 large or ½ kg cubed chicken fillets ¼ cup yoghurt or Maas (you can use more) beat well. Before you add to the chicken 1 teaspoon ginger garlic fewcurry leaves 2 medium grated tomatoes Use only 1/ 4 portion of large cabbage Ora small tender cabbage slice not too thin or shred Add 1 sliced onion braised in 3 tablespoon oil and little ghee (Clarified butter) (use all this ghee (Clarified butter) oil in your marinade) 1 ½ teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder 1 teaspoon crushed red chillies 1 ½ teaspoon Dhana jeera powder ½ teaspoon garam masala ( optional) ½ teaspoon tumeric (tumeric) 1 teaspoon whole Jeera 2 small cinammon sticks ,2 cloves, 5 whole black peper crushed, 1 teaspoon fine anseed (the one that luks like jeera) pinch of crushed Elachi (cardomom) 1 large Red dry chilli torn in half Marinate all of the above together Add 1 heaped tablespoon more oil or ghee (Clarified butter) To pot And cook all together on medium heat. When done Now add 2 medium soft cubed potatoes that was steamed in microwave Adjust the salt Garnish with green chopped dhania (coriander) Serve with rotis or any type dhal rotis Optional: Tip to enjoy with a difference Place cabbage in casserole and Grill in the oven, have it with pap and Maas with a sprinkle of salt and chillies, really comes out nice Enjoy😉
