Mushroom sauce 1 punnet mushrooms sliced Garlic flakes Crushed garlic ½ green pepper chopped Salt Lemon pepper Little white pepper Cook above in butter Once sautéd add 1 cup fresh cream with 1 tablespoon flour or maziena to make the sauce abit thick.(just before serving)
Onion rings Slice onion rings round Let it soak in milk for little while Dip in self rising flour deep fry till golden brown and crispy.
