A creamy, cheesy pasta base topped with crispy polony, salty feta, and a buttery herby crumble that bakes to golden perfection.

You’ll Need:
4 cups pasta (boiled)
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 tomato, pureed
4 tablespoon butter
4 tablespoon flour
Milk (enough for a thick sauce)
1 teaspoon each: chilli flakes, Aromat (a South African Spice), origanum
½ teaspoon each: garlic powder, white pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
Polony, finely chopped and pan-fried until crispy
Feta cheese (to crumble on top)
Crumble Topping:
Breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon flour
Butter
Seasoning: salt, origanum, chilli powder, dried parsley
Method:1️⃣ Sauté onion & green pepper until softened, add garlic paste & tomato puree.2️⃣ Add all spices & seasonings.3️⃣ Stir in butter and flour, cook briefly, then whisk in milk to form a thick sauce.4️⃣ Mix in boiled pasta and pour into an ovenproof dish.5️⃣ Top with crispy polony and crumbled feta.6️⃣ Mix crumble topping ingredients and sprinkle over pasta.7️⃣ Bake at 180°C until golden and crispy on top
