RECIPE
Tenderized steak 1kg.Cut according to sizes you prefer .Wash and leave aside
In separate dish mix marinate
2 teaspoon ginger/garlic2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon red chillies powderLemon juice ¼ cupOil 2 tablespoonTomato sauce ¼ cup
Mix all togetherMarinate steak in masala
Can be cooked in oven ..has to be on bake for 60 minutes. or could be used for braai (bbq).
Served with fried potatoesAnd rotis...

Left overs are great to make toasted steak
