INGREDIENTS
Mozerella Paprika steak
1/2kg tenderised steak cut into pieces
1/2 teaspoon gng (rub into steak)
NO SALT
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
Fresh cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika spice(depends on the heat)
1 teaspoon chicken spice
1 teaspoon portugese spice
1 teaspoon bbq spice
1 teaspoon steak and chops spice
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon crushed red chillies(dry)
1grated tomato
1/2onion- finely chopped
2tbs oil of choice
Mozerella cheese
METHOD
Marinade steak in spices.
In a heavy base frying pan: on high heat fry onion in oil till soft bt still white. Add steak to hot pan, allow steak to fry for 1minute, turn steak over and cook for s further 1minutes. It's essential to cook on high to seal the fuse the spices with the steak. Drop heat to medium. Add the grated tomato and turn steak over. Cover pan. Cook on low till steak is soft. Before serving heat steak in pan and top with mozerella. Serve with chips or wedges and roti.
