Marinade steak in spices. In a heavy base frying pan: on high heat fry onion in oil till soft bt still white. Add steak to hot pan, allow steak to fry for 1minute, turn steak over and cook for s further 1minutes. It's essential to cook on high to seal the fuse the spices with the steak. Drop heat to medium. Add the grated tomato and turn steak over. Cover pan. Cook on low till steak is soft. Before serving heat steak in pan and top with mozerella. Serve with chips or wedges and roti.
