1kg minute steak cut into strips 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 2 teaspoon chilli powder Salt1 teaspoon pepper Cook with little oil till done.Add in:1 chopped green pepper 2 small onions cut into rings 1 cup sweet chilli sauce ½ cup peri peri sauce Cook in low till all water evaporates.Serve with:Chips 🍟 /Potato bake /Wedges /Rotis / Puris
