1 kg tenderised rump steak cut in cubesMarinate with1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste 1 teaspoon crushed garlic1 ½ teaspoon ground green chilli1 tablespoon Tomato sauce+- 1 teaspoon Mustard Sauce or Mayonnaise can be substituted (not powder) adjust as you prefer not too sour 1 teaspoon lemon juice (add more make sure not too sour) 1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon kashmir chilli powder1 tablespoon crushed red chilli1 tablespoon chops and steak or Adega spice3 tablespoon oil3 tablespoon butter2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)Heat the oil butter and ghee (Clarified butter) in potAdd the marinated steaksCook till softWhen Meats are done Adjust your chilli and salt tasteOptional : is the CreamAdd ¼ cup fresh cream (or nestle dessert cream can be substituted) Cook for 8-10 minutes Till well infusedGarnish with green dhania (coriander)Serve with creamy veges or potato wedgesAnd rolls or rotisEnjoy
