MRS ADMIN ( MASHUDA)'S RECIPES

INGREDIENTS

1 long piece topside steak ( less then half a kilo )
Cut up into thin strips.
Marinate in :
1 teaspoon garlic
1⁄2 teaspoon ginger
3 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon Chinese salt
1⁄2 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon steak and chops spice
1⁄2 teaspoon jeera spice
Chili powder
2 teaspoon soya sauce
Oil

Cook the steak until soft and tender add water whilst cooking approx 2 glasses .

Sauce :
3 tablespoon steers peri sauce
1⁄4 cup Maggie's sweet and hot sauce ( if u Dnt have u can use the Jojos chili sauce)
2 teaspoon sweet chili sauce
3 tablespoon soya sauce

1 teaspoon corn flour
1⁄2 cup water

When the steak has cooked completely
Add the sauces with 1⁄4 cup water and summer just a little .

Make a paste wit corn flour and water and add this to the mixture as well to thicken and simmer .
Serve with garlic naan .

U can even add some garlic to a small pan with oil braise it and throw on top of
Manchurian


Naan :
1 teaspoon yeast
3⁄4 cup warm water

2 cups snowflake flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoon oil
2 1⁄2 teaspoon plain yogurt

mix the yeast and warm water together .

In the meantime add the the ingredients and using your fingers form breadcrumb like texture . add the yeast water and form a soft dough . add more water if necessary .

cover and allow dough to rest for atleast 1 hour .

roll out thick . spread water on 1 side of the naan and place on hot tawa and fry. cook both sides and spread butter and sesame seeds serve immediately .

comes out very close to the Bay leaf and al mehran 1 ( fordsburg restaurants)
