1 long piece topside steak ( less then half a kilo ) Cut up into thin strips. Marinate in : 1 teaspoon garlic ½ teaspoon ginger 3 tablespoon vinegar 1 teaspoon Chinese salt ½ teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon steak and chops spice ½ teaspoon jeera spice Chili powder 2 teaspoon soya sauce Oil
Cook the steak until soft and tender add water whilst cooking approx 2 glasses .
Sauce : 3 tablespoon steers peri sauce ¼ cup Maggie's sweet and hot sauce ( if u Dnt have u can use the Jojos chili sauce) 2 teaspoon sweet chili sauce 3 tablespoon soya sauce
1 teaspoon corn flour ½ cup water
When the steak has cooked completely Add the sauces with ¼ cup water and summer just a little .
Make a paste wit corn flour and water and add this to the mixture as well to thicken and simmer . Serve with garlic naan .
U can even add some garlic to a small pan with oil braise it and throw on top of Manchurian
