steak is a great challenge to braai and that's not my part to handle. some love it rare medium or well done.
what is your take on it?
really tasted lovely moist n juicy....
INGREDIENTS
Himalayan saltblack pepperbutter
METHOD
marinated the steak by sprinkling the salt generous amount as the steak is thick and pepper than rub it on both sides. BBQ but use melted butter to baste. I used rosemary leaves as a basting brush it gives a lovely flavour.serve with potato wedges and green salad.
