INGREDIENTS
1 kg tendarised steak cubed2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) 1 large onion grated2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste1 teaspoon red masala 1 teaspoon green masala1 teaspoon paprika masala1 teaspoon mild Kashmiri powder1 teaspoon dhania (coriander)/ Jeeru (Cumin) powderSalt to tasteCarrots cubed dhania (coriander)2 tablespoon mayonnaise 2 tablespoon steers peri peri sauceHalf cup cream
METHOD
Cook steak with onion ghee (Clarified butter) and all spices till soft. Add in carrots and a little waterWhen carrots are soft add in all sauces and cream. Keep stirring till desired thickness. switch off stove and allow to cool completely then add dhania (coriander).fill pie cups
