INGREDIENTS
1kg muttonFinely chopped onion 1 taj 2 Elachi (cardomom) 1 teaspoon wet leaf masala 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon red chillies 2 teaspoon turmeric 1 tablespoon ginger garlic 1 teaspoon mother in laws masala A few peppercorns 3 tomatoes Mini buns
METHOD
Braise onions in ghee (Clarified butter) with taj and Elachi (cardomom) Add mutton with spices Allow to braise and add a little water to cook Grate tomatoes and add Braise again until water burns out Add a little more water and sliced potatoes Allow to cook completely Using a knife cut a small circle going half-way through into the bun ensuring not to go all the way throughRemove the filling and fill with curry
Garnish with dhaniya and serve hot
