4 egg white
1 cup castor sugar
3 teaspoon maizena (corn flour)
1 teaspoon white vinegar
Beat egg whites until soft peaks
form.Gradually add in sugar and beat for
10 minutes until sugar dissolves.
Beat in colouring or u can leave white.
Fold in the maizena (corn flour) and vinegar.
Grease cupcake tins.put about a tablespoon of
mixture in each one.Preheat oven to 100
degrees.Bake for 40 minutes then switch off
oven and open door and allow to cool in
