4 egg white 1 cup castor sugar 3 teaspoon maizena (corn flour) 1 teaspoon white vinegar
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.Gradually add in sugar and beat for 10 minutes until sugar dissolves. Beat in colouring or u can leave white. Fold in the maizena (corn flour) and vinegar.
Grease cupcake tins.put about a tablespoon of mixture in each one.Preheat oven to 100 degrees.Bake for 40 minutes then switch off oven and open door and allow to cool in oven. Sandwich with fresh cream and decorate as desired.
