INGREDIENTS
1kg rump steak cut into 4cm pieces2 medium onions sliced1 teaspoon cumin seeds1 tablespoon ginger garlic masala*¹1 tablespoon salt4 tomatoes, liquidized*²1/4 teaspoon turmeric3 teaspoon fresh red chillies ground*³1 teaspoon fine cumin2 teaspoon fine coriander½ green, red and yellow pepper quartered4 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
METHOD
Heat ghee (Clarified butter) in a saucepan. Add onions and cumin seeds, allow to Saute until golden brownAdd steak, ginger garlic masala and salt, cook on medium heat until tenderAdd tomatoes amd spices and cook until well blendedAdd in peppers 10mins before servingServe with roti or naan
