INGREDIENTS
1kg Rump Steak 2 tablespoon Pepper steak spice1 tablespoon Orange Pepper Spice 1 teaspoon Steak and chops spice Lemon juice 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chillies 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon Soya sauce 1 tablespoon Thick soya sauce Salt to taste ¼ cup Chilli Mayonnaise¼ cup Fresh CreamOil
METHOD
Marinate steak in the above ingredients for a while.Heat oil in a non stick pan, than add steak, cooking +-5 minutes each side, rest steak when it done. Cook in batchesUse the oil that’s left over from the steak and add the remaining marinade, cook a few seconds than add the fresh cream to make a sauce and pour over the steak. Serve with any side of choice

ps:
If after cooking steak, the sauce will stick to the pan, scrape off with a spatula b4 cooking a new batch
