INGREDIENTS
4 Steak Fillets, CubedOnion Green pepperTomato½ teaspoon Lemon & Garlic Spice½ teaspoon Fisherman's SpicePepper to tasteSalt to taste2 Green Chillies1 packet Pasta, cooked1 Cup Water1 Cup Cheese(grated) Mixed Herbs3 teaspoon Butter 2 tablespoon Milk
METHOD
In a saucepan add the onions, braise until golden add steak cook until soft with all the spices.Add the green pepper lastly cut into pieces & tomato diced.Cook just for 1 minute.In a seperate pot cook the pasta. Strain the pasta under cold tap water & set aside. In a pyrex dot with butter, add the pasta, layer with the steak, repeat the process. Top with the grated cheese & herbs. 0our over the milk. Also dot with extra butter before baking. Bake in oven for 25 minutes or warm in microwave for 10-12 minutes on high speed.
