1kg mutton/beef
3 onions
1 ½ tablespoon salt
¾ teaspoon pepper
3 dry red chillies
2 tablespoon sugar
1 medium cabbage
4 potatoes
Braise onions with ghee (Clarified butter) till a very dark brown color. Add in meat with spices and cook for about 30 minutes then add in your cabbage. Cabbage must be sliced in a food processor. Put potatoes for about 5 minutes into microwave and when cabbage is almost done add in your potatoes .
